This is your son’s big day.  It is as important to him as his High School Graduation.

He has, with your guidance, worked for many years to earn the rank of Eagle.  It is my goal to HONOR him at the Ceremony for his hard work.

Please consider giving him a personalized Ceremony by creating one for him.

Parents, Grandparents, siblings, extended family, Cub Scout Leaders, JROTC Commander, Coach, Elected Official, ect, IE, anyone you would like to be recognized as attending.

 

Eagle Scout needs to select a recipient for the mentor pin

 

INVITATIONS

Have Eagle Scout hand out “flier” type invitations to the Troop at the final “fall in” the two Mondays prior to the Ceremony.  Personal invitations should be mailed out two/three weeks prior.

 

RECEPTION:

It is the responsibility of the parents to provide a reception for the attendees.

Cake, punch, finger sandwiches, ect. and CLEAN UP after.

It is also recommended that you set up a table of his scouting events.  Pictures, pinewood derby cars, awards, plaques, ect.

 

PROGRAMS: (optional)

Work with the Scoutmaster and the Advancement Chair on the specific format of the Ceremony and examples of former Programs.
